In case of not providing services to the customer the responsibility of the company for appointments registered and paid for through the website https://vivalabeauty.orion-beauty.eu, o customer is entitled to a refund. In case of withdrawal or cancellation of the appointment by the customer, no money will be refunded..

If the client requests a change in the date or time of their appointment, that"s it can only be done if he or she:

• notify Viva La Beauty by telephone at +302109629429 no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• make the change online by clicking the appointment rescheduling link included in the confirmation email received after completing the online booking, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be cancelled. It will not be possible to provide individual services included in the booked appointment, and the full cost of the appointment will still be charged.
